Ordering Online
To order online, simply visit our product pages using the links on the left and click the 'Add to Basket' buttons for any items you'd like to buy. This will open a new window showing the contents of your shopping basket. If you want to order two or more of the same item, you can adjust the quantity in this window and then click the 'Update Basket' button. To continue shopping, close the basket window, when you add another item, the existing contents of your basket will still be there.

We process orders from our website through PayPal, one of the world's leading internet payment companies. Their service is completely secure and is used every day by millions of people. When you go on to the checkout area you are taken to PayPal's secure server where your card details are encrypted. At no point does Oakwood Aromatics get to see any of your financial details, we just get confirmation of payment along with your order and delivery details.

Hint: If you are finding that your card is not being accepted by PayPal, check that if your title (Mr, Ms etc) appears on the card you are typing this in the box for First Name. PayPal has no 'Title' field and this sometimes leads to cards being rejected.

If you have a PayPal account set up, for example to use Ebay, you can use this account to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can just complete your card details as on any other internet shopping site. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

You must enable cookies or accept cookies in your browser to be able to shop on our site. These cookies submitted from PayPal and are only used to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket.

PayPal accepts the following credit and debit cards: Switch / Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

Ordering by Post
Ordering online is the quickest and easiest method of ordering from us, however, if you do not want to order online, we are happy to accept orders by post and payment by cheque drawn from a British bank.

Write to us with a list of the items that you would like and where you would like them to be sent and include a cheque for the full cost, including the delivery charge. Once the cheque has cleared, usually 3-5 working days, we will post the items to you.

Overseas Orders
Our delivery charges only cover the UK Mainland and Islands, For overseas delivery, please contact us by email at sales@oakwood-aromatics.com with details of the items you wish to purchase and we will calculate the delivery charge for you and advise you on how to proceed with the order.

Shipping will be charged at cost, dependent on country and parcel weight.

Please note that overseas purchasers may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders despatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied. Any such charges are not covered in the purchase or delivery price and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery
We endeavour to despatch your order within three working days, subject to availability, and will send your goods by first class post or equivalent. We promise to ship our best-quality products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order.

Do bear in mind that all of our products - soaps, fizzes and melts - are genuinely hand made and wrapped by us in small volumes, so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or packaging between batches, orders or the photographs on the website.
