Refunds and Returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us
by email at help@oakwood-aromatics.com
or on 01677 470639 within seven days of receipt. We will either replace
your goods or refund the purchase price including any delivery charge.
If the goods are faulty, we may ask you to return them
to us and ask that you take care to pack them safely when doing
so. If we find that the goods were defective or damaged
before we sent them out, we will
refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us by email at
help@oakwood-aromatics.com
or on 01677 470639 within seven days of receipt.
We will ask you
to safely return
the goods unused and in saleable condition at your expense and
will then make a refund to you including the delivery charge for the
original order. Should the goods be returned
part-used, incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to make
reductions to any refund to cover any other
costs reasonably incurred in recovering and restocking the goods.
Privacy Policy
Oakwood Aromatics will never sell or pass our customers' email addresses
or other details to other parties. If you place an order with us, however,
we may contact you about your order and we may also, from time to time,
contact you by email or post with information about our products and
special offers. If you don't want to receive any such promotional material
from
us, please let us know by email ( help@oakwood-aromatics.com)
or by post and we will remove you from any mailing lists we might use.
